With 13 days left until the big race, James’s workouts have started to slow down a little bit. He had his last long swim, yesterday. It was a 5000 meter swim.
Today, he has a short run of only an hour and a half!
As usual, Coach Rylan is there to encourage him. Here he is showing him the proper way to stretch!
