Training

Rylan loves riding in the stroller while Daddy runs!



Stretching is an important part of any workout.



The training continues for the Ironman race. Wednesday's workout was an hour and a half swim. Yesterday's workout was a 2 hour run with Rylan in the running stroller. Today's workout is to run for 30 minutes, then bike for an hour, then run for 30 more minutes.
