If you are interested in tracking James on race day, Saturday, October 8, you can visit www.ironman.com
Once there, click on the link “athlete tracker”
It will then give you a choice to put in his bib # which is 1306, or his last name.
The race begins at 1:00 pm Eastern time. Times are given for the swim, and then splits for the bike and the run.
